Empathy in the age of AI Leadership skills for a sustainable future

Presented by

Empathy is all the rage these days. In design thinking, leadership, neuroscience, education and technology. And that’s a very good thing since the fourth industrial revolution is upon us, characterized by a fusion of technologies blurring the lines between physical, digital and biological domains. Think: Robotics, quantum computing, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, etc.

These new technologies will unleash astonishing opportunities across all industries and unbridled risks for society. They will also cause us to reconsider how society is organized and what it means to be human.

How can we prepare for a future that we can barely imagine? How can we respond effectively when change will happen at break-neck speed? How can we fully leverage the potential while mitigating the negative impacts and unintended consequences?
